What's good fam!? My name is Johnathan Battle but everyone calls me JB. I earned my Bachelor's degree in exercise science while playing collegiate football. I am a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) & Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I've been training and getting individuals in the best shape of their life since 2017.
Hey ya'll! My name is Alyssa Sturgeon, some call me Alyssa, others call me Lyss. I earned my Master's degree in social work and worked as a school social worker for two years before I transitioned to training full-time with JB. Although I am new to the training world, I played sports my whole life and played collegiate volleyball for 4 years. My passion has always been to help people. With my degree and background in sports, as well as mentorship from JB, I will be able to help individuals not only mentally, but physically as well.
Together we have created the HOTTEST GYM IN AMERICA. Our whole life revolves around being healthy, in and out of the gym. Health and fitness IS our lifestyle. It is our goal to encourage and motivate others to also create this lifestyle to become the best version of themselves.
It's the whole package -- focuses on diet, health, exercise. I look better, feel stronger and generally have more energy.
I feel so much healthier and stronger. I have plenty of room for improvement in both my eating and exercise habits but now I think about both things more. I really enjoy working out more than I ever thought possible plus I like feeling part of the TRAP family.
